The Registration Fee and Conditions apply for all registrants and the companies represented by the registrants without exception and are acknowledged by the act of registration.

Period and Scope of Services

The registration fee specified below entitles the registrant to access the business opportunities presented in PharmaEuroMeet for Pharma Business Opportunities during the period and starting on the specified day.

The package includes online information exchange, communication and interaction, a 7 + 14 days online video meetings facility and a 2-days in-person event at the venue indicated. Making no or only partial use of the package will not qualify for any refund of part or all of the registration fee:

• Communication, pairing and meeting organization from October 1, 2024
• Venue Meetings Event: As outlined in the Programme, two business lunch buffets, one Networking Dinner Buffet, all-day refreshments.
• Video Meetings Period: 7 + 14 days of Video Meetings before and after the Venue Meeting Event.

In the case of meeting or travel restrictions decreed by the venue country’s authorities or other cases of Force Majeure which could prevent the physical presence of some or all registrants, the video format will equivalently replace the in-person event at the venue.

Registration and Payment of Fee

Registration must be received by PharmaEuroMeet before or on October 25, 2024. Along with receiving confirmation and invoice, registrants will be asked to provide non-confidential partnering information for this PharmaEuroMeet event.

PharmaEuroMeet reserves the right to close the registration period for the meetings event prematurely if organisational or capacity reasons so require. Video Meeting registration will be possible until the registration deadline indicated above.

We do not work with registrations made through travel agencies.

Payment of registration (attendance) fee by bank transfer is strictly due before or by the due date stated on the invoice. Credit Card Payment can be made immediately.

PharmaEuroMeet reserves the right to keep a registration pending or to deactivate a registrant’s access to the partnering area as long as payment is not received.

Fees and Timelines Sevilla 5-6 Noviembre

Regular Fee: 1799€ per participant, plus 21% VAT if applicable, with individual schedule.

Reduced Fee: 1350€ per participant, plus 21% VAT if applicable, until September 5, with individual schedule.

Multiple Participants: 30% discount for additional participants with shared meeting schedule.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your attendance at PharmaEuroMeet and are unable to send a substitute, the following applies:

Over 50 days prior to the event, a cancellation fee of 380€ will be charged.

Over 20 days prior to the event, a registration may only be transferred to the next event at a transfer charge of 420€.

Regretfully, cancellations received  less than 20 days prior to the event as well as no-shows are neither refundable nor transferable.

Since access to PharmaEuroMeet´s pre-event partnering is included in the registration fee with the option of post-event online meetings, payment is due as outlined above even in case of non-attendance at the event.

Any cancellations must be received in writing and any refunds will be processed after the event.

Benefits and discounts

If you wish to benefit from discounted registration fees available up to two months prior to the event, full payment is required within 10 days from reception of your completed registration form. No discounts will be applied to any registrations received during the event.

In any case, payment must be received prior to the event either by bank transfer or credit card.

Hotel Accommodation

The Giralda Center Event Hotel PharmaEuroMeet has reserved a block of rooms so that attendees can book at discounted rates until September 30, 2024.

Travel and hotel arrangements are the sole responsibility of participants, for which we accept no responsibility or liability. Beware of reported fraudulent cold calls by agencies using our name without our consent.

Booking or cancellation of a hotel room is a transaction between the registrant and the event hotel without any liability of PharmaEuroMeet.

PharmaEuroMeet reserves the right to cancel, or hold entirely in remote access video format, the complete event in case of Force Majeure including, but not limited to, acts of God, war, terrorist attack, epidemic, disaster, strike, civil disorder, curtailment of transportation facilities, or emergency government order which would make it illegal, extraordinarily hazardous, or impossible to provide the facilities, travel to the event, or hold the event. In case of Force Majeure PharmaEuroMeet will not owe any indemnification to registrants.
